Missouri – The best form of identification is one that includes a photograph and signature. A valid driver’s license, and or passport. A person can also be personally known to the notary or can be identified by an individual personally know to the notary.
Kansas – A valid driver’s license, can’t be expired no more than 3 years old, a passport, identification with a photograph and signature, or a credible witness
